Terms of service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply whenever you access the VELMONT CLUB website, use our services, or place an order with us. By visiting or purchasing from VELMONT CLUB ("Velmont Club", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement").

Products offered by Velmont Club are supplied through our sourcing and fulfilment network. Depending on product availability, routing, and logistics, orders may be dispatched from the United States or from international fulfilment partners.

Electronic Communications and Signatures

By completing a transaction with us, you consent to receiving and entering into agreements, records, and signatures electronically. Your electronic actions may form a binding agreement in accordance with the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

Order Review and Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept, limit, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. This may include circumstances involving suspected fraud, misuse, pricing or listing errors, product availability, or other supply-related limitations.

Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Title to the products and responsibility for loss transfer to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, or border procedures are outside our direct control and do not automatically create a right to a refund. Our team will, however, assist with tracing delayed shipments.

Customer Obligations

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping details and for complying with the policies that apply to their purchase. If our return or refund procedures are repeatedly or clearly misused, we may refuse future service where appropriate.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules, and remains subject to the Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement referenced above.
